Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using World Explorer, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility (13+)

World Explorer is intended for users aged 13 and older. By creating an account you confirm you are at least 13. We use a neutral age screen at sign-up and may close accounts we learn belong to someone under 13.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. The free tier includes one daily challenge per game mode.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to forge or manipulate scores, automate gameplay, abuse multiplayer rooms, use offensive usernames, or harass other users. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

5. Premium Subscription & Automatic Renewal

Premium is offered on a monthly ($2.99) or annual ($24.99) plan, billed by Stripe, and where offered begins with a free trial. Your subscription automatically renews at the then-current price each billing period (every month or every year) until you cancel. If you start a free trial and don’t cancel before it ends, it converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged.

Cancel anytime from Settings → Manage Billing; access continues until the end of the period you’ve paid for. We disclose the price, renewal cadence and cancellation method before you pay, and record your consent to these terms. Prices may change with advance notice before your next renewal. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable for the current period.

6. Termination & Data

You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which cancels any active subscription and permanently removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.

7. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Game content, including map and street imagery supplied by third parties, may contain inaccuracies. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email and may require renewed acceptance.
